The clearest example of this work is an operations platform we built for an education organization. It was shaped around how that organization runs, it uses every pattern above, and the same approach works for any business that needs its tools to finally work together.

Registration used to run on a spreadsheet and an outside form service. The form couldn't see live seat counts, and the spreadsheet silently lost payment records more than once, with nobody noticing for weeks.

We built one app with a portal for families and teachers, a ledger for the registrar, and a dashboard for leadership. Seats are held the moment a family submits, so a class can't be oversold. Every change is logged, and a nightly run backs everything up, checks the records, and emails a summary of anything that needs a look.
